Established in 2001, with the partnership of Drs. Jerome Hoeksema and Laurence Levine, both longtime physicians at Rush University Medical Center, we offer diagnostic services and a broad spectrum of surgical and non-surgical treatments for both male and female urological conditions. As part of a teaching institution, both doctors have academic appointments, are actively engaged in research activities, and have published and presented extensively on various urological disorders.

Dr. Hoeksema's areas of specialization include: urologic oncology, benign and malignant disorders of the prostate, bladder and kidneys, stone disease and incontinence. He performs special surgical procedures such as advanced ureteroscopic and endoscopic procedures, microsurgical vasovasostomy, hand-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy, orthotopic neobladder substitution, and nerve sparing radical prostatectomy.

Dr. Levine specializes in male sexual function, male infertility, Peyronie's Disease, urethral stricture disease, prostate cancer, and benign prostate disorders. He performs special surgical procedures such as penile and urethral prosthetic surgery, sperm retrieval, penile and urethral reconstruction, perineal prostatectomy for cancer, and outpatient laser treatment of the prostate.
